WORST DRAFT

Padres. The spring training release of first-round pick Matt Halloran means the only San Diego pick from the first 10 rounds who remains in the organization is Jason Middlebrook, who continues to try to justify his record $750,000 bonus as a ninth-round pick.

BIGGEST OVERSIGHT

Ted Lilly, lhp, Dodgers (23)

BIGGEST FIRST-ROUND BUST
